Take a clear photo of your doctor's prescription and send it on WhatsApp. A pharmacist checks it, confirms what's in stock with prices, and shares a cart link — you pay only when you're happy with it.
How it works
The rules we follow
📜Valid prescriptions only
Schedule H and H1 medicines are dispensed only against a prescription from a registered medical practitioner, dated within the last 6 months (or as the doctor specifies).
⛔No habit-forming drugs
We do not process Schedule X or other habit-forming medicines, in line with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945.
🔒Your data stays private
Prescriptions are stored only as required by law and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Can I order repeat medicines every month?
Yes. Save the chat; each month send "repeat" and we'll rebuild the same order, checking the prescription is still valid.
Do you substitute generics?
Only if you ask, and only with the same molecule and strength. We'll always show you both prices.
What if something is out of stock?
We tell you before you pay, and either source it within 48 hours or suggest an equivalent for your doctor to approve.
