🚫What we won't do
We don't diagnose over chat, dispense Schedule H/H1 medicines without a valid prescription, or sell Schedule X drugs at all.
Dermatologist video consult
For acne that scars, hair loss that's sudden, melasma, eczema, or anything that needs a prescription.
Consultation fee is for the doctor's time and is not refundable once the call is completed. Emergencies (severe allergic reaction, high fever with rash) need a hospital, not a video call.

Is the WhatsApp advice free?
Yes. Product questions are always free; only the dermatologist video consult is paid.
Can I get a prescription over chat?
No. Prescriptions come only from a doctor after a consult. Upload an existing prescription on our prescription page and we'll dispense against it.
Do you keep my photos private?
Yes. Photos are shared only with the consulting doctor and deleted from our devices after your order is closed.
