Nioclean AD Gel

Nioclean AD Gel is a dermatological formulation that combines Adapalene, a retinoid, and Clindamycin, an antibiotic, to provide a comprehensive approach to acne management. Adapalene (0.1% w/w) works by preventing the accumulation of sebum, unblocking pores, and promoting the natural exfoliation of the skin's outer layers, thereby reducing the formation of pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads. Clindamycin (1% w/w) penetrates the skin to kill acne-causing bacteria, thereby reducing infection and inflammation. This dual-action gel not only treats existing acne lesions but also helps prevent new ones from forming. Common side effects may include skin peeling, redness, itching, dryness, and a burning sensation at the application site; these are typically mild and resolve with continued use. To use, clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer of the gel as directed by a healthcare professional. It's important to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes, and to use sunscreen during the day, as Adapalene can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight.
