Minym 4% Topical Gel is a prescription-strength treatment formulated to manage moderate to severe acne vulgaris. How to Use

Minym 4% Topical Gel is a medicated gel containing 4% minocycline, used to treat moderate to severe acne vulgaris by reducing bacterial growth and inflammation.

The gel contains minocycline, a tetracycline antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, thereby reducing the growth of acne-causing bacteria and associated inflammation.

It is suitable for adults and children aged 9 years and above who are experiencing moderate to severe acne vulgaris.

Cleanse the affected area, apply a cherry-sized amount of the gel once daily, preferably 1 hour before bedtime, and avoid washing the area for at least 1 hour after application.

Common side effects may include dryness, redness, peeling, burning sensation, and itching at the application site. Consult your doctor if these persist.

Minym Gel is not recommended during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

Improvement may be noticed after 2 weeks of treatment, with significant results typically observed after 4 to 6 weeks of consistent use.
