This cream combines three active ingredients: Hydroquinone (2% w/w): A skin-lightening agent that reduces melanin production, helping to lighten dark spots.Tretinoin (0.025% w/w): A form of Vitamin A that accelerates skin cell turnover, promoting the shedding of pigmented skin cells.Mometasone Furoate (0.1% w/w): A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and irritation, providing relief from redness and swelling.These ingredients work synergistically to lighten hyperpigmented areas, even out skin tone, and improve overall skin texture. Cosmelite Cream is intended for short-term use and should be applied once daily at night, preferably under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
