Adaple-C Gel

Adaple-C Gel is a dermatologist-recommended topical gel formulated to treat mild to moderate acne. It is a combination medication that harnesses the benefits of two powerful active ingredients: Adapalene (0.1%), a synthetic retinoid, and Clindamycin (1%), a topical antibiotic. This dual-action formula works synergistically to target acne at its source—unclogging pores, reducing inflammation, and fighting acne-causing bacteria.Adapalene works by modulating skin cell turnover, which helps prevent the formation of blackheads, whiteheads, and clogged pores. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that soothe irritated skin. Clindamycin, on the other hand, targets Propionibacterium acnes, the bacteria commonly associated with acne breakouts. By stopping bacterial growth and reducing inflammation, Clindamycin helps clear existing pimples and prevent future flare-ups.
